What the site does, what it stores and where external services enter the picture.
01 · Operator
This website is operated by Nexora Records, an independent music label based in France. Privacy and legal enquiries can be sent to infos.nexorarecords@gmail.com.
02 · Ownership
Music, text, visual assets and other media published on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual-property law. Rights may belong to Nexora Records, the credited artists or their respective partners. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
03 · Site use
The site presents releases, artists, editorial content, playlists and external listening destinations. It does not sell products or services directly and does not require a public user account. Demo material is not used or exploited without a separate written agreement with the artist or rights holder.
04 · Personal data
The site can collect limited data when you choose to use a feature:
- Newsletter: email address and subscription status.
- Journal comments: name or nickname, email address, comment content and moderation status.
- Demo submissions: information entered in the external Google form, handled under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
- Administrative access: account and session data for authorised label staff.
Newsletter data is used to send published editorial updates. Comment data is used for moderation and display; email addresses are not published. Data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes, account security or applicable legal obligations.
05 · Cookies and local storage
The audio player stores functional preferences for volume and continuous playback in cookies. The journal uses local storage to remember whether the newsletter invitation was accepted or dismissed. These values are used for interface behaviour, not advertising. Nexora Records does not currently operate its own analytics or behavioural-tracking system on this site.
06 · External services
Spotify embeds, Google Forms, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud and other external links can process data or set their own cookies when loaded or opened. Their privacy practices are controlled by those platforms. The site also loads web fonts and selected interface libraries from external content-delivery networks.
07 · Your rights
Under applicable French and European data-protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data connected to you, and you may withdraw a newsletter subscription. Send a precise request to infos.nexorarecords@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required when necessary to protect the data concerned.
08 · Governing law and updates
French law governs this website. Disputes fall under the competent French courts. These terms may be updated when the site, its integrations or legal obligations change; the date at the top identifies the current version.
